After being fully restored, all watch cases and bracelets are finely polished to remove any surface scratches and to restore each piece to its original lustre. When a watch leaves It’s My Time it is in very good condition.

Every watch is inspected for authenticity by one of our Trained and Certified professionals. We absolutely guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell. Should there be a very unlikely event of a watch sold from us proves to be fake, we refund the money the buyer has paid for the watch.
We are not authorised dealers for any of the pre-owned or the unused watches that we sell or buy.

We accept a wide variety of high end luxury watches from our customers. For a full list, see our list of Brands. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and know that we accept other brands as well.
We collect market data from many sources, such as online marketplaces or international and domestic dealers, in order to determine the true market value of a watch at any given time, ensuring you receive the most accurate and updated pricing.
No, there is no limit. Also, if you would like to have a private collection evaluated and sold, please call us so that we may arrange insured shipping.
If you don't like the offer we made to you, simply notify us and we will close your case for you with no further requirements. However, should you decide to sell your watch with us in the future, you would be more than welcome.
When we deliver our offer to you via phone, we generally allow you around 48 hours to decide whether to reject or accept it. If we do not hear back from you, we will consider the offer rejected and close your case. Keep in mind, if you choose to sell your watch with us in the future, your case can be easily reopened. However, please note that it may have to go through the quote process again, due to changes in the market over time.
Our logistics partners DELHIVERY will be notified to pick up the watch from you at any time convenient to you.
While Selling the watch to us:
It is the seller's responsibility to insure the watch while sending it to us. We can ask our logistics partner Delhivery to pick up the watch but insurance will have to be covered by the seller due to Insurance Regulations.
While Buying the watch from us: Once the watch is bought from us, Its My Time insures it for the complete value paid for it on our website and takes complete responsibility for having it delivered
to the purchaser.
The watch will come to our facilities for valuation and inspection by our experts. The watch is evaluated and our quote is notified to you.
Please note that if your watch is vintage and needs an abundant amount of parts, we may return your timepiece to you. Also note that if we determine that your watch is a replica, we will inform you of the cost to return it back to you and you will be expected to pay for the shipping.

Our Offer: Once you accept our final offer, we will transfer the monies within 3-4 working days.
Market place: Once your watch sells we will transfer your amount (after subtracting our commission) to your account within 5-6 working days from the day your watch is sold.
No. We do not accept any returns. All sales are final.
The process is very simple, just log in and register yourself and once you have chosen a watch, checkout and make payment. Once the payment is confirmed the watch shall by shipped within 2-3 working days for PRE-OWNED watches and as per the time informed for delivery for all new watches and other new products.
We offer secure payment through Citrus Payment Gateway and accept almost all credit / debit/ charge cards as well as net banking.

Most often, people do not retain the original box or papers of their watches. In case while selling the watch to us, it comes with the box and papers, we will more than gladly send the watch to the buyer in the original box and papers along with our invoice. All our watches are either Pre-owned or Un-used.
We have a dedicated Pre-Owned section wherein all the watches/products are either pre-owned or unused.
All other watches/products listed under any other brand are new watches/products which come with International Warranty and original packing.
